With the economy on a downward spiral and travel sales sluggish, Trusted Tours and Attractions, a discount ticket agency, is offering attractive incentives nationwide.

Perhaps one of the only good things about the downturn in today's economy is the number of relative bargains when it comes to travel. Hotels and resorts are slashing rates and giving away free nights, and even airlines are discounting fares lately. It's a boon for budget travel!

Trusted Tours and Attractions, which sells tickets to family-friendly activities in major travel destinations throughout the United States, is also jumping on the bandwagon. It is offering a "Kids Go Free" promotion running through March 2009 (some deals end earlier).

For every paying adult, one child is complimentary at such attractions as the New York City Circle-Line sightseeing boat tour, the Savannah Ghosts Tour and the Wax Museum at San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf. Adults simply need to purchase tickets through the Trusted Tours and Attractions website to take advantage of these great savings. Print out the tickets from your home computer; no shipping fees are involved.

While the full list of participating activities and tours is online, here's a peek at just a few of the deals:

Kids can build and play with the famous little bricks, watch a 4-D movie, enjoy some theme park-like rides and attractions, and admire Chicago in miniature - comprised of 1.5 million Lego bricks. The smallest item is a parking meter made with three bricks, while the model of the Sears Tower uses nearly 200,000 and weighs more than 200 pounds. Kids Go Free: Save $15.75 each through March 31, 2009.
